The reason Nessoo exists

We got beat by the old way. So we built a new one.

The rental market asks people to prove themselves over and over again.

Every listing starts the same way: search, apply, pay, send the paperwork, and hope you were early enough. Renters repeat the process. Landlords sort through cold leads. Brokers spend time on showings that go nowhere.

Nessoo starts from a different idea: a renter should be more than an application in a queue. With one identity- and income-verified profile, verified income and assets can move with the renter—while the renter remains in control of them.
